Apple Music is officially rolling out in Pakistan, with local users now able to subscribe and successfully complete payments for the service on iOS devices.
The streaming service is now displaying Pakistan-specific subscription plans, marking Apple Music’s long-awaited arrival on iOS in the country — the service has been available on Android phones in Pakistan for years.
Apple Pay Support Reportedly on the Way Too
While not yet officially confirmed, sources have told The Asian Mirror that Apple Pay is also coming to Pakistan. Successful payment activity has so far been confirmed for PayPak cards, with support for other card types likely to follow.
Pakistan Pricing: Individual and Family Plans
Apple Music is currently offering the following monthly plans in Pakistan:
- Individual: Rs. 379 per month
- Family: Rs. 649 per month
Both plans come with a one-month free trial, after which the subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis.

Rollout Spotted During iOS 27 Beta Cycle
The launch was first spotted during Apple’s ongoing iOS 27 beta cycle. Payments are now going through successfully for Pakistani users, confirming that the subscription system is fully operational rather than simply displaying pricing without functioning checkout.
Apple has also added PayPak support within the beta code, suggesting an official Apple Pay launch in Pakistan may be close. Some users on Reddit have shared steps for testing the iOS beta version, which generally involve joining the iOS Beta Program, temporarily setting the Wallet region to the US, and checking the “Add Card” option after each beta update.
Apple has not issued a separate public announcement specifically confirming the Pakistan launch, but the functioning subscription and payment flow indicates the service is now accessible to users in the country.
New Features Coming With iOS 27
Alongside the Pakistan rollout, Apple Music’s iOS 27 update is bringing several new features, including a redesigned AutoMix experience, landscape mode support, and updated artist pages.
iOS users in Pakistan can now open the Music app and subscribe using the newly available local plans.
