Siddiqui, accused of ties with Al Qaeda, was arrested and convicted for attempting to harm US soldiers in Afghanistan in 2010.
Despite ongoing international scrutiny, she continues to serve an 86-year sentence at a federal prison in Fort Worth, Texas.
