Conspiracy Involving “South Lobby”

According to the ED, the conspiracy revolved around formulating a liquor policy that would favor a southern Indian liquor lobby, dubbed the “South Lobby.”

In return for policy advantages, the “South Lobby” purportedly pledged ₹100 crore to the AAP.

Accused and Witness Testimonies

Additionally, witness Raghav Magunta asserted that his father, an MP from the YSR Congress Party, engaged with Kejriwal regarding the liquor policy.

Role of AAP Leaders

Apart from Kejriwal, AAP deputy Manish Sisodia and former secretary C Arvind have also been implicated.
