Coke Studio India returns after 8 years with 50 artists. Coke Studio Bhaarat just announced the return to Mumbai after an eight-year break, so Coke Studio fans in India are in for a treat. The programme is scheduled to debut on February 7 and will include additional up-and-coming performers, according to India Times.

All eyes are now set on the new show after Coke Studio already announced its return through the Tamil edition in January 2023. This season, young individuals from the suburbs will be given the chance to showcase their talent, according to Arnab Roy, vice president of marketing at Coca-Cola, who spoke with Mint.

Moving on, Roy also highlighted the importance of Coke Studio. “It’s a globally acclaimed platform that has always aimed to celebrate authentic regional music. Musical traditions from multiple regions in India are at an inflection point not only in India but even globally. Coke Studio Bharat connects the truly distinct cultural dots of various regions in the country with artists whose music is defined by their roots,” he shared.

Coke Studio India returns after 8 years with 50 artists. On MTV India on June 7, 2011, Coke Studio India made its debut. There were four seasons, each with a unique combination of classical Indian music like Hindustani and folk with hip-hop and rock music.

50 prominent singers from the independent and playback industries, including Amira Gill, Arijit Dutta, Ashima Mahajan, Armaan Malik, Charan Raj, Bombay Brass Burrah, and many more, will appear in the much-anticipated musical series. The topic of the new programme will be “Let Us Hear You,” according to the aforementioned publication.
