Principals, vice principals, directors and deputy directors of colleges will receive specialised training aimed at improving office management and administrative performance in higher education institutions.
The Higher Education Department will conduct the training under its Professional Development Training Programme and has made participation mandatory for all relevant officials and staff.
Administrative officers, clerical employees, support staff and teaching faculty will also be included in the training programme.
According to officials, participants will be trained in strategies for effective office management, with the programme also focusing on improving administrative procedures and overall institutional performance.
The training will also raise awareness of employees’ roles and responsibilities, with the aim of strengthening governance and improving the functioning of colleges.
