New Features in Beta Release for Android

The latest beta release for Android (v2.24.7.13) introduces three notable features within the photo editor window: Backdrop, Restyle, and Expand.

These features are accessible when users are posting a status update or sharing an image with contacts.

Innovative Editing Options

WhatsApp users can now access Backdrop, Restyle, and Expand options via a new sparkle icon located in the top row of the editor interface.

Each feature serves a distinct purpose in enhancing and customizing images:

  • Backdrop: Allows users to overlay text onto the background of a photo, providing a personalized touch to images.
  • Restyle: Empowers users to modify the overall appearance of an image, offering creative freedom in image editing.
  • Expand: Enables users to enlarge images without compromising quality, ensuring clarity and detail in enlarged photos.
