Anwar Maqsood’s interesting suggestion to PCB Chairman goes viral. Anwar Maqsood, a Pakistani scriptwriter, television presenter, satirist, and humorist has given an interesting suggestion to PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja.

He said: I told Ramiz Raja that power play is very important in T20, instead of Babar Azam and Rizwan, let a brigadier or colonel play the first six overs because no one knows “power play” better than the army”

Anwar Maqsood is a playwright, television host, satirist, humorist, and rarely actor from Pakistan. His drama reviews for PTV in the late 1970s and 1980s were well-known.

Anwar Maqsood has a lengthy history with PTV and has worked as a presenter for a number of their television series, including Studio Dhai and later Studio Ponay Teen, Show Sha, and other programs.

One of his greatest creations was the highly acclaimed show Loose Talk, co-hosted by the late Moin Akhtar.
