Karachi constable has been punished for ‘Taweez Ganda’ on SSP. Deputy Constable Abdul Qayyum of Karachi Police Department finds himself at the center of controversy, accused of employing black magic for personal gain.
The allegations, leveled by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Saqib Ibrahim, claim that Qayyum used “taweez ganda” to cast spells on a senior police official’s family.
Graveyard Revelations: Unraveling the Accusations
SSP Ibrahim asserts that Qayyum allegedly obtained names of the SSP’s deceased relatives from a local graveyard, including the name of the SSP’s mother.
This information was purportedly passed on to another deputy constable, Ghulam Murtaza, who confessed to his involvement, citing Qayyum’s direction.

Legal Wrangling and Questionable Responses
As the allegations surfaced, Qayyum faced official scrutiny, receiving show cause notices and being summoned for oral testimony. However, his responses failed to satisfy authorities.
Despite denying belief in “taweez ganda,” Qayyum faced disciplinary action, with two years of service forfeiture and the possibility of transfer to his hometown, Ghotki.
Denial and Demand for Investigation
As Karachi constable has been punished for ‘Taweez Ganda’ on SSP, in response to the accusations and subsequent punishment, Qayyum vehemently denies any wrongdoing and deems the disciplinary measures excessively harsh.
He demands a thorough investigation into the allegations to clear his name and salvage his reputation within the force.
