Under the enhanced Ramadan Relief Package, a plethora of measures have been devised to ensure that essential commodities remain accessible to the populace at affordable prices throughout the Holy Month.

This includes directives to utility stores, the Benazir Income Support Program, and mobile units to offer necessities at discounted rates.

Essential staples such as flour, rice, lentils, ghee, sugar, syrup, and milk will be made available at reduced rates, with substantial subsidies allocated per kilogram.

In a move indicative of the government’s unwavering commitment to addressing socioeconomic challenges, the federal government has augmented the budgetary allocation for the Ramadan package from Rs7.5 billion to Rs12.5 billion.
