On Friday, the Supreme Court halted Ghulam Mahmood Dogar’s transfer order and referred the case to a larger bench of the high court.
Dogar’s petition was heard by a three-member supreme court panel led by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, who referred the case to a five-member panel currently hearing a case involving transfer and posting in Punjab.
