National cricket team pacer Naseem Shah has been appointed as the goodwill ambassador of the Balochistan police on Saturday.
Balochistan Inspector General of Police Abdul Khaliq Sheikh gave the star cricketer the rank of an honorary DSP of the provincial police at a special event at his office.
Senior police officers and families of police martyrs also attended the ceremony held in the provincial capital Quetta.
