Summer vacations have been declared in all public and private educational institutions in the district of Mirpur from June 10 to August 12.
Amjad Iqbal, Deputy Commissioner of Mirpur District, issued a notification in this regard.
The Mirpur DC stated that all heads of public and private schools and colleges in the district were required to follow the government notification.
He warned that no vacations or summer camps should be held during the summer vacations.
The Mirpur district administrative head has warned that institutions that continue to conduct educational activities during the summer vacation will face severe consequences.
According to Amjad Iqbal, all violator schools will be closed and fined.
He stated that these precautions were taken to protect the students from the extreme heat.
