In recent days, the government has stopped importing luxury goods and announced other steps to save the country’s dwindling reserves and help the economy.
On the one hand, the date for the national budget has been set. On the other hand, Punjab does not have a cabinet or a finance minister, so a draught of the budget speech has not been written yet.
Due to the uncertainty, things like finances and the completion of development projects in the province could be hurt.
