43rd death anniversary of ZA Bhutto will be commemorated today

The 43rd death anniversary of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto will be commemorated across the country today (Monday).

In Pakistan’s political arena, the former prime minister laid the groundwork for a new era. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s era is a bright chapter in the beloved homeland’s history.

In 1967, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto founded the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and declared war on the dictatorship in Pakistan’s political arena.

Bhutto not only envisioned wealth distribution, but also won the hearts of the poor by giving the workers the model for bread, cloth, house, and profit distribution.

Bhutto went on to add to his list of accomplishments by granting the troubled and dictatorial country a constitution and reviving Pakistani democracy.

Bhutto rebuffed US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger’s threat and used nuclear weapons to make Pakistan’s defense unbeatable.

By convening the Summit Conference of Islamic Countries of the World in Lahore, Bhutto laid the groundwork for new relations with Muslim countries.

Bhutto’s contribution to Pakistan’s stability is historically significant.
