NADRA announces open courts in Karachi to resolve public complaints.

Following the orders of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) will hold open courts in Karachi on Friday, August 29, 2025, to hear public complaints and provide immediate assistance on document-related issues.

In a statement shared on social media, NADRA confirmed that two sessions will take place at major locations in the city.

The first will be held at the Mega Centre in the SITE Industrial Area, Siemens Chowrangi Zone, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The second session is scheduled at the Mega Center, Plot D 1-15, Block L, District Central, North Nazimabad Zone, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Residents are encouraged to attend the session closest to their home and bring relevant documents to help resolve issues related to computerized national identity cards (CNICs), family registration certificates, and other NADRA services.

According to officials, the initiative is part of NADRA’s ongoing effort to improve public access and ensure transparency in its operations.

By bringing services directly to the people, the authority aims to resolve issues on the spot and strengthen trust in its processes. NADRA announces open courts in Karachi to resolve public complaints.
