PIA announces jobs.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has started a major recruitment drive under its Cadet Pilots Program, aiming to induct 24 new pilots into its fleet.
According to details released by the national carrier, eligible candidates will be hired on a two-year contractual basis, with the opportunity to begin their flying careers with the country’s flagship airline.
PIA has laid out specific criteria for the recruitment: each cadet pilot must have completed at least 200 flying hours and hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

In addition, selected candidates will be required to submit a financial bond worth $15,000 as part of the program agreement.
The airline has also launched a separate initiative to recruit 20 experienced commercial pilots, as it attempts to overcome a shortage of cockpit crew amid efforts to streamline operations and restore international routes.
Interested candidates meeting the required qualifications have been instructed to submit their applications to the PIA HR department within 15 days.
