Hammad Azahar opposes Aliya Hamza’s appointment as party’s chief organiser.
The restructuring of the PTI in Punjab has caused a rift between the party leaders, reported The Asian Mirror on Monday.
Sources told the TAM that PTI stalwart Hammad Azhar was not happy with the appointment of Aliya Hamza as the party’s chief organiser in the province, prompting the former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan to order Salman Akram Raja to bridge differences between the two.
They informed us that the notification for the appointment of Aliya would only be issued once Hammad agreed to it.
It merits mention here that the PTI has not notified Aliya’s appointment as yet.
