PPP has no problem with any demand of MQM, Says Murad Ali Shah

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah indicated during a press conference in Islamabad on Wednesday that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) had no problem with any of the demands of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).

Over 172 legislators, according to the Sindh chief minister, will vote in favor of the no-confidence resolution.

“The no-confidence motion has the support of 220 million Pakistanis,” he stated.

“Let today’s National Assembly session begin at 2 p.m., and we will present the motion of no confidence,” he continued.

Sindh’s chief minister further declared that the PPP was willing to meet with any political party.

“Whether or not to join the long march of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would be decided by the party leadership,” he added.
