Amidst the uproar, the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday stopped the purchase of 138 luxury vehicles for Assistant Commissioners, reported The Asian Mirror.

According to the report, a case has been registered against the Sindh government’s decision to purchase 138 double-cabin vehicles for Assistant Commissioners in the SHC.

The Sindh High Court has been approached to challenge the government’s decision, and the court has suspended the notification regarding the vehicle purchase until the next hearing.

The court has also directed the involved parties to submit their responses within four weeks.
