The wife of Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Tien Phong has gone missing in Islamabad, according to a report by The Asian Mirror on Saturday.
The ambassador reported that his wife left their residence at 11 am and has not returned since, sparking an immediate response from local law enforcement.
Police officials revealed that the disappearance was reported amidst an ongoing domestic dispute between the ambassador and his wife.

Just last week, a foreign woman was victimized by impostors posing as police officers in the F-6 Supermarket within the diplomatic enclave.
The men, who were not in uniform, stopped the woman under the guise of a security check and proceeded to rob her of £500 and other valuables.
In another disturbing event, a foreign woman was allegedly raped by a security guard assigned to protect her in the G-6/4 area.
These incidents have significantly heightened the sense of insecurity among the diplomatic community and other foreign residents in Islamabad.
