On Thursday, Hindu activist Kapil Dev congratulated Kelash Kumar on his promotion. Dev posted a photo of the officers on Twitter and captioned it, “History in the Making.” Kelash Kumar has been promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the Pakistan Army, making him the first Hindu officer to do so. “Kelash, congratulations!”
