Born on February 15, 1976, in Rawalpindi, Adnan was a graduate of the University of the Punjab, Lahore, where he obtained a degree in Commerce.
He rose to prominence in the political arena following his successful election to the Punjab Assembly in the 2018 General Elections.
During his tenure as a Member of the Punjab Assembly, Adnan played a pivotal role in shaping legislative agendas, serving notably as the Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare and later assuming the responsibilities of Parliamentary Secretary for Revenue from 2018 to 2020.
