Israeli Air Force targets Hamas locations. After firing thousands of rockets into Israel this morning, Israeli Air Force planes targeted various Hamas positions.
The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) released a video on X that depicted Hamas targets being hit with missiles and smart bombs.
“Dozens of air force fighter jets attacked targets of the Hamas terrorist organisation in the Gaza Strip a short time ago. The IDF appeals to the public to obey the instructions of the Home Front Command, which save lives,” the IDF said in the post on X.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel was at “war” with Hamas. “We are at war, not in an operation or in rounds, but at war,” the Israeli leader said in a statement, adding Hamas had launched a “murderous surprise attack” on Israel and its people.
“I have ordered an extensive mobilisation of reserves and that we return fire of a magnitude that the enemy has not known. The enemy will pay an unprecedented price,” he said.
The Israeli army said it was combating Gaza militants who had entered the country via land, sea, and air using paragliders.
According to Israel army spokesman Richard Hecht, it was a coordinated ground raid that took place via paragliders, the sea, and the ground. “Right now, we’re at odds. We’re fighting in certain areas throughout the Gaza Strip… our men are now fighting on the ground” in Israel, he continued.
Mr Hecht said there have been casualties but refused to go into specifics or discuss rumours that many Israelis have been kidnapped by Palestinian extremists.
Thousands of military reservists will be called up for Gaza, as well as northern Israel, neighbouring Lebanon and Syria, and the occupied West Bank.
