A shark that attacked a Russian man swimming at a popular resort is being mummified by experts in an Egypt museum. According to the Independent, Vladimir Popov, 23, was eaten alive by a shark off the beach of an Egyptian resort in Hurghada in June.

The attack was captured on video, and the 23-year-old can be heard screaming, “Papa, save me!” Popov was seen splashing around in the water before being dragged underwater in the video.

Some of his body parts were found inside the shark’s stomach, while the rest were found by fishermen at sea.

Specialists from the Institute of Marine Sciences and the Red Sea Reserves began embalming the animal on Monday, according to local news outlet Al Arabiya.
