Dubai, which is renowned for its architectural wonders, is currently attempting to construct an artificial moon with unparalleled investment and the hope that millions of people will be drawn to the project each year.
We’re talking about Dubai, which aspires to have its very own enormous moon replica, which is expected to cost a staggering £4 billion.
According to information, a Dubai resort intends to construct an artificial moon on top of a 30-meter-tall skyscraper, and Canadian businessman Michael Henderson has vowed to carry out the project. The length of the moon would be 274 meters
“We have the biggest ‘brand’ in the world. Eight billion people know our brand, and we haven’t even started yet,” said Henderson who believes the project will significantly impact every aspect of the UAE’s economy, including tourism.
The project branded as “Moon” would provide an experience of visiting the space satellite while still being on Earth and will be funded by Moon World Resorts.
A mega-resort with 4,000 rooms, a venue with a 10,000-person capacity, a nightclub, and a spa centre are among the attractions that will be built inside the moon to make visitors of all ages feel happy and comfortable.
In a previous statement, Henderson and co-founder Sandra G Matthews stated that they would also be focusing on “transport, commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure, financial services, aviation and space, energy, MICE, agriculture, technology, and education,” but as of right now, they have gained attention for this crazy “moon” project.
Dubai’s accomplishment has been in the news each year. For instance, the Burj al Arab in Dubai, which has a height of 828 m, is the tallest building in the world. Additionally, even though it was recently closed, Dubai was home to the largest fountain in the world.
Despite numerous boom and bust cycles, recent statistics indicate that the city continues to draw thousands of tourists each year. Golden Visa, which permits long-term stay and is increasingly popular among famous people from over the world, was also introduced by the emirate.
According to rankings released by the offshore consultancy firm Nomad Capitalist, the passport of Dubai was already ranked as the best in the world.
