ISLAMABAD: On Monday, Prime Minister Imran Khan received a phone call from Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Zayed, in which he condemned the attack in Lahore that killed three people.
The crown prince expressed solidarity with the Pakistani people and administration, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office.
“He expressed his heartfelt condolences to all of the victims’ families and wished the injured a speedy recovery. The crown prince extended his support for Pakistan’s leadership, government, and people “Added the statement.
The prime minister thanked the crown prince for “his condolences and strong expression of solidarity,” according to the statement.
He stated that the perpetrators of terrorist attacks will be brought to justice, “reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to confront terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.”
The prime minister reiterated Pakistan’s desire to work with the UAE to expand bilateral ties, improve multilateral collaboration, and maintain close coordination on regional and global issues of mutual importance, according to the statement.
