The petition to remove PTI leader Imran Khan from office for allegedly hiding information about his supposed daughter Tyrian White was heard by the Islamabad High Court on Thursday.
According to reports in the local media, Chief Justice IHC Aamer Farooq heard the citizen’s plea asking the court to rule the former prime minister ineligible.
During the hearing, the petitioner Sajid Mehmood presented Jemima Khan’s declaration regarding the purported love child Tyrian White.
The British socialite gave the declaration about Tyrian back in 2004 for Carolina White to get guardianship of Tyrian.

Meanwhile, the counsel of PTI chief Salman Akram Raja maintained that they wanted to submit the answer but the registrar’s office raised objections. He apprised the court that the office asked Imran Khan to come physically for biometric verification.
Imran Khan’s counsel maintained that his client was no more a member of parliament. After the arguments, the court granted time to the PTI chief’s lawyer to submission of comments.
For those who are unaware, Tyrian White is allegedly the child of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and his ex-girlfriend Sita White.
Approximately three decades ago, Sita White filed a lawsuit in California against Imran Khan. The court issued a default judgment and pronounced Tyrian to be the daughter of a cricketer who later became a politician since Khan refused to submit to a DNA test.
In the meantime, the aforementioned complaint was brought against the former PM who failed to list Tyrian as one of his children in an affidavit submitted during the by-elections for the 2022 National Assembly.
