Farah Gogi sends legal notice to Shahzeb Khanzada over Toshakhana allegations
LAHORE: Bushra Bibi’s close friend Farahat Shahzadi, also known as Farah Gogi, has filed a lawsuit against Geo News anchor Shahzaib Khanzada for allegedly accusing her of selling the gifts that former prime minister Imran Khan received from Toshakhana.
Farah, Ahsan Jameel Gujjar’s wife, also issued the notification to Umar Farooq Zahoor, a businessman with ties to Dubai.
During his time as prime minister in 2019, Imran Khan is alleged to have sold a wristwatch given to him by the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman for Rs280 million through Farah Gogi.
Due to her absence from Dubai in 2019, the legal letter said that Farah had no involvement in the sale of the watch. The private news channel which is GEO News, the host-Shahzeb Khanzada, and Zahoor have all been given seven days to retract their false accusations or Rs. 7 billion defamation lawsuit will be brought against them.

Farhat Shahzadi, also known as Farah Gogi, is a close friend of former prime minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi. Farah, a graduate who is now in her early 50s, is wed to Ahsan Jameel Gujjar, the Gujranwala-born MPA for the PML-N. Gujjar and Farah are parents to a son and a girl. She is Mohammad Hussain’s daughter, and it is said that her family has moved abroad.
Ahsan Jameel Gujjar, Farah’s spouse, has a spiritual bond with the Maneka family of Pakpattan. Bushra Bibi’s former spouse Khawar Maneka is a member of the same family. Farah is also considered a close friend of former Punjab chief minister Usman Buzdar’s wife. It’s said she’s the one who played a role in having Buzdar named the Punjab CM.
