The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday claimed that the obscene video regarding Senator Azam Swati that was going around the Internet had been forensically examined and determined to be a fake.
According to FIA, the viral video has undergone the first video/audio and frame-by-frame forensic analysis in accordance with international standards for forensic analysis. Initial forensic examinations showed that the film had been altered, with various video snippets put together with disfigured faces.
“Further analysis revealed that faces have been swapped in the images using photoshop. The press conference by Honorable Senator, in which he has shown his concerns warrant a proper investigation.”
FIA requested. Azam Swati to lodge a complaint with FIA and share his concerns about the reason for thinking it authentic.
FIA said Prima facie, it is a fake video, edited with deep fake tools to create misunderstanding and defame the Honourable Senator.
