Human Rights Division Federal Secretary Afzal Latif has been directed to report to the Establishment Division and Council of Common Interests Secretary Ali Raza Bhutta has been appointed as Human Rights Division Secretary on Friday.

Human Rights Division Federal Secretary Afzal Latif has been transferred. Latif has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.
On the other hand, Council of Common Interests Secretary Ali Raza Bhutta has been appointed as Human Rights Division Secretary. Bhutta still has an additional charge of Council of Common Interests Secretary.
Whereas, a current charge of the Bureau of Immigration has also been assigned to Overseas Pakistanis Division Joint Secretary Muhammad Zubair.
