A municipal court in Islamabad on Sunday handed PTI leader Azam Swati back over to the FIA after extending his physical remand by yet another day.
After the court extended his physical remand, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team brought the accused to the district and sessions court and removed the accused with them.
However, the judge ordered the FIA investigators to return Azam Swati to court on Monday (tomorrow).
Azam Swati was earlier granted an extra day’s FIA physical detention by Islamabad District and Sessions Court in a case involving a divisive post.
