Pak vs Eng: England won 3rd T20 by 63 runs

England won the 3rd T20 against Pakistan. Despite the fact that Shan Masood played well and managed to get a half-century in 28 balls, still, the weak batting line was the reason why it became improbable to reach the target of 222.

In the last 5 balls, Pakistan needed 72 runs which was a hard nut to crack.

Pakistan won the toss at the National Cricket Stadium today (Friday) and opted to play first in the third T20I, England still managed to score 222 runs which was a massive target

Pakistan remained unchanged while England presented the first selection to their second tour debutants, including Surrey all-rounder Will Jacks. Mark Wood has also been selected for his first England appearance since the Antigua Test in March.

The seven-game streak is tied 1-1 after the unbeaten record partnership of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan helped Pakistan beat England by 10 wickets as they hit the 200-for-19 goal in the second T20I a day earlier.

Pakistani captain Babar Azam also broke former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed’s record of winning most games in T20I.

Babar tops the record books with 30 T20I wins as captain in 49 games, but Sarfaraz previously held that record as Pakistan won 29 out of 37 games under his command. Babar Azam is also the second fastest player who completes 8,000 points in T20I cricket because Chris Gayle keeps the first position. Babar Azam reached the feat in 218 Inner rings, while Gayle did it in 213 rounds.
