Former Prime Minister, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has announced to organize another mega telethon next Sunday for the fundraising of the flood-affected people across the country.
The PTI Chief tweeted: “I want to thank Pakistanis at home & overseas for donating Rs 2.3 bn already in response to my flood relief telethon. All those who are yet to deposit their pledges please do so. My team is working to facilitate overseas Pak who await 501 3(c) exemption for large transactions.”
Earlier last week during the telethon for the flood victims, a whopping 5.2 Billion amount had been pledged by both, locals and overseas Pakistanis, out of which Rs 2.3 Billion has already been received.
