Attaullah Tarar moves IHC for protective bail.
Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, applied to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday for protective bail in connection with a case filed in Punjab.
Tarar requested that he grant protective bail in the case filed against him at Lahore’s Qila Gujjar Singh Police Station.
He requested that he be given the opportunity to appear before the relevant court (Lahore High Court) in relation to the case filed at the Qila Gujjar Singh Police Station.
He expressed his fear of arrest because the police have not allowed him to approach the appropriate court.
Punjab Police raided his house in GOR Lahore a few days ago.
