Saleem Baig has been reappointed as the chairman of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority.
On Friday, the establishment division issued a notification in this regard.
The federal cabinet gave its approval for Mr. Baig’s reappointment as Pemra chief via the circulation summary.
Mr. Baig’s four-year term as Pemra chairman expired on June 27, 2022, leaving the position vacant since June 28, 2022.
