“We will not present the government to Imran Khan in a tray. His dream of making this country Sri Lanka will not be fulfilled,” said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday.
“We have not come out of the courts yet. When we are free from the courts, we will think about something else,” she added.
To a question about an important responsibility being assigned to her in the party, she said: “Consultation is underway to strengthen and organize the party. When the responsibility is assigned, everyone will know.”
Maryam stressed, “A Suo Motu is needed on the issues of Farah Gogi and Tayyaba Gul. The decision on the foreign funding case should come. Just stop it! It has been eight years now.”
