Pakistan’s cricket team playing kits catches attention of social media
Currently in Australia to compete in the T20 World Cup 2022, Pakistani team has reached there. Before facing India in their opening T20 World Cup match on October 23, they played their first warm-up game against England and their second against Afghanistan. Much like the fanfare surrounding the cricketing aspect of the T20 World Cup, there is a lot of attention towards the playing kits of the Pakistan Cricket Team.
When the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) first unveiled the official jersey for the championship match last month, cricket fans had a variety of opinions on social media, with some comparing the pattern to a watermelon.
Fans’ reactions to the Babar Azam-led team’s new warm-up uniforms, which deviate from their typical grey ones in both colour and pattern, before yesterday’s practise match against England were mixed.
