As Nawaz Sharif gets NOC to hold jalsa at Minar-i-Pakistan, a number of stringent conditions must be met in order to obtain this authorization. The organisers must cooperate closely with the police and offer a route for emergency departure.
The permit specifically forbids speaking out against the court system, the military, or any other institution protected by the constitution.
In view of the general security situation and threats received from various sources, the organisers have been advised and directed to ensure the security of the participants and the general public throughout the course of the event.
If necessary, the conference room’s inside and outside should be guarded.
