UAE government launches “Bread for All” initiative.
The UAE government has just launched the initiative “Bread for All” in Dubai and has created a series of bread machines in Dubai.
These machines do not load anything and give fresh oven bread in a few simple clicks.
The project was launched by Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Center for Endowment Consultancy (MbrgCec), under the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (Amaf), and announced yesterday.
By offering large quantities of bread without cost, these machines will help many families and employees of Dubai who often go to bed on an empty stomach.
Collaborated in collaboration with “Aswaaq Supermarkets”, many of these machines are placed in various “Aswaaq” branches.

Describing the new bread machines, the state-run news agency said: “The digital initiative aims to bring fresh bread to those who need it through smart machines deployed across multiple outlets. The pre-programmed machines prepare the bread and distribute it for free in a modern and sustainable charity work model.”
According to some sources, these machines are extremely user-friendly and easy to use.
Anyone who needs bread can press the order button, then wait for the bread to finish baking and it will soon be dispensed automatically.
The Bread for All project is also expected to be community-funded alongside the government, so any resident wishing to donate to the cause can easily donate by text message or through the Dubai Now app.
Speaking about the Bread for All Initiative, Ali Al-Mutawa, Secretary General of AMAF, said: “This initiative is an exemplary model of an innovative community foundation, enabling everyone to participate, creating a global charitable movement and promoting the spirit of solidarity between to strengthen the different social segments. We look forward to expanding the scope of collaboration with initiative partners in the local community to reach as many beneficiaries as possible”.
Although Bread for All is a grand project in itself, it is said to be part of the vision of the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, to “leave no one behind” in the United Arab Emirates to sleep on an empty stomach”.
