Why does Muneeb Butt say he is happier without a son?
Renowned actor Muneeb Butt has discussed his view about parenting and the upbringing of children, maintaining that although every person naturally wishes for a son, he feels no regret for not having one, as his daughters bring him joy and fulfilment.
In a recent interview, he shared about his family life, changing times, and parenting.
The Koi Chand Rakh actor explained that while the desire for a son is natural, his daughters are the reason behind his happiness and achievements.

He emphasised that the world today is very different from the past — women have more rights, and they are working shoulder to shoulder with men.
Giving an example from his own life, he said, “The way my wife, Aiman Khan, and her sister, Manal Khan, managed their home and careers at such a young age is truly commendable.”
Strict parenting for son
Talking about parenting, Muneeb shared that he is affectionate and soft-hearted toward his daughters. However, he added that if he had had a son, his approach would have been different.
“I don’t treat my daughters strictly, but if I had a son, I would have been more strict in his training so that he would grow up strong and courageous,” he said.
According to him, men possess greater physical strength, and therefore, he would have taught his son to face life’s hardships with bravery and patience.

Muneeb Butt also revealed that he never lets external stress affect his family. “No matter what happens outside, I don’t bring sadness home. When I return, I make sure there’s no sign of worry on my face,” he said.
The actor’s comments reflected his deep affection for his family and his belief in maintaining a positive and peaceful home environment.
It is important to note here that Muneeb Butt and Aiman Khan tied the knot in 2018. The couple are now proud parents of three daughters, often sharing glimpses of their happy family life on social media.
