According to the news sources, Pakistani actor Mehwish Hayat hired bodyguards as a result of her appearances in conspiracies and political news.

After the recent incidents, Hayat reportedly felt unsafe and believed she might be harmed at any time. She consequently employed full-time bodyguards from a private security firm.
However, the actor has not shared the reason behind stepping up her security. She also further warned not to allow anyone to defame her name in this way anymore.
Major (r) Adil Raja, a military man turned YouTuber, recently came under fire for making scathing accusations against some “top actors and models,” alleging that four of them continued to be in relationships with former top generals and were even used for illicit purposes. This led to the harassment of a Pakistani diva on social media.
Mehwish responded to Raja, saying “People stoop too low just for cheap fame”. She continued saying ‘just because I am an actress doesn’t mean my name can be dragged through the mud…Shame on you for spreading false allegations and insinuations about someone you know nothing about and even bigger shame on people who blindly believe in his bullshit’.
