Urvashi Rautela ‘praying’ for Rishabh Pant’s health as she wrote on her Instagram. Actress Urvashi Rautela posted on social media that she is “praying” after Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant was injured in an accident on Friday morning close to Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Urvashi prayed alongside people from all walks of life for the cricketer’s speedy recovery. She made no mention of Rishabh or his mishap, though.

After hitting with a road barrier, Rishabh’s car caught fire, and the player was taken immediately to a nearby private hospital before being transported to Dehradun. Pant was first reported to be in serious condition, but he is now reportedly no longer in danger. He apparently sustained head wounds as well as a ligament injury to his right ankle, according to police sources.

Many individuals sent the cricketer their best wishes to get well soon.

Since Urvashi revealed in an interview that a particular “RP” waited for her for hours in a hotel lobby in 2018, the cricketer and the actor have been engaged in a type of scandal. She refused to say who it was, but Rishabh had now addressed the allegation in a since-deleted post.

Urvashi faced a lot of trolling when she was in Australia at the same time that Team India was playing there. Addressing the trolling, she had said recently in an interview to Hindustan Times, “We always see comparisons being made that cricketers have way more respect than actors, or that they earn more than actors, and that bothers me a lot. I do understand that they play for the country, and are loved and respected largely, but actors as well have done so much. They’ve also represented the country. I myself have done that so many times. But I don’t like these silly comparisons.”
