Do you want to love in the “Game of Throne” house?

Robert Rivani, a real estate investor from Los Angeles, and his wife Krystal believed they would transform this Beverly Hills, California, house into the perfect home of their dreams when they paid $13.7 million for it in 2019.

Their 15,000-square-foot, 1.7-acre mansion, which cost more than $4 million to build, is now a novelty-filled paradise with furnishings, decor, and architecture that wouldn’t be out of place on HBO’s Game of Thrones or Harry Potter.

The finished product is extremely impressive; it draws inspiration from both of these cinematic marvels and Alice in Wonderland.

According to Krystal Rivani, “Being ‘extra’ is everything to us.”

The house was created by her ex-husband David Gebbia and was previously held by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Carlton Gebbia.

The house combined Carlton’s love of Gothic design with David’s passion for Italian Renaissance architecture.

As seen on the show, Wiccan Gebbia adorned the house with cross carvings, wooden gargoyles, an altar, and a confessional.

The house, which the Rivanis now refer to as Castle Rivani, was furnished with numerous recognizable items when they purchased it.

They ordered a $50,000 reproduction of the Game of Thrones spiked iron throne, a Harry Potter-themed medicine cabinet, a jungle-themed room with wall-to-wall plants, and even an Alice in Wonderland-inspired backyard.

Although the primary gathering place at Castle Rivani, known as the Great Hall, boasts Juliet balconies and 35-foot-high triple-vaulted ceilings, there is no room too big for fantasy-filled pleasure.

Even the powder room has a gargoyle in the form of a dragon. Every room is a pleasant surprise, whether it’s the bar room with its elaborate coffered ceilings and heavy, red velvet curtains or the primary bedroom with its Gothic design and eerie vampire vibe.

The interior design and furniture of the house were lavishly expensive.

Examples include a 25-foot-long, $150,000 butterfly-shaped chandelier from Dubai, a $20,000 couch in the Jungle Room, and a $45,000 headboard that was salvaged from a 250-year-old Austrian church altar.

Other unusual pieces include a chair made entirely of animal bone, a French cabinet from the 17th century, chandeliers in the shape of crowns, and much more.

Krystal took charge and decided on an Alice in Wonderland theme for the backyard.

This consists of a life-size chess set, vibrant flowers, harlequin floors, and a vegetable garden.

Although the Rivani family is moving to Miami, Castle Rivani is currently available to rent for $150,000 per month.

Rivani is the head of Black Lion and an investor in real estate. According to The Wall Street Journal, the couple just bought a house at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach.
