Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, newlyweds, returned to Mumbai on Tuesday after a short honeymoon. One photographer congratulated them and stated, “jodi hit hai (your pair is a smash)” as they posed for the first time as a married couple.
One person addressed Katrina as ‘bhabhi ji (sister-in-law)’ in a video published online by a fan account, while requesting the couple to pose. Vicky was questioned, “How’s the josh?” by a few paparazzi, referencing to his line from Uri: The Surgical Strike.
Vicky smiled and expressed gratitude to the media for their well wishes. He and Katrina posed for photos holding hands. She wore chooras and wore sindoor (vermilion) on her forehead (bridal bangles).
On December 9, Vicky and Katrina married at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan, in the presence of close friends and family. Haldi and mehendi ceremonies preceded their wedding. Only a few members of the film industry attended the events, including Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur, Neha Dhupia and Anand Bedi, Malavika Mohanan, and Sharvari Wagh.
Vicky and Katrina will soon be moving into their new home, which is close to where Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma live. Anushka stated that Vicky and Katrina will be her neighbours in a special Instagram Story for them. “Congratulations to both of you lovely people! Since 2019, Vicky and Katrina have been in a secret romance.
