Few days back his controversial statements on targeting women was also circulating on social media.

Khalil ur Rehman can be heard asking a woman why she didn’t come to meet him in a recent audiotape that has gone viral on social media.
In response, the woman replies, “My husband told me that I have to go with you. She said, “I’m sitting fully prepared and sending you my picture.”
Khalil responded by saying, “If I didn’t understand your constraints, then who would I?”
“I would have accepted your words,” he replied.
Khalil continued: ‘Why are you talking nonsense? You would have let me know by sending me a message.
You can hear the woman in the next segment of the audio call saying “I am mad at my husband” to Khalil ur Rehman Qamar.
Khalil hears the woman say to him repeatedly: “I am sending you my photo ready”.

The woman got angry and said to her husband: “I’m not leaving now.” The woman said, “I’ve already sent you a message because if my husband came, that’s why.”

Before ending the conversation, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar told the woman that if you have no problem and are free of mind, we will meet.
Khalil ur Rehman Qamar would be 60 if his age was given in 2022.
According to sources, Khalil has been married twice and is the father of two children.
