The comedian passed out while using a treadmill in a South Delhi gym. His trainer hurried him to the hospital, where he had angioplasty and CPR. The comedian’s condition is getting better, according to a health update released by Raju’s manager Nayan Soni on August 16. According to a PTI report by Nayan, Raju’s condition is gradually improving and he is responding to the medication. Raju can now move some of his bodily parts, he added. Raju continues to be in the ICU and on a ventilator, and according to Nayan, who provided more details about the country’s favorite comic, it will take him about a week to regain consciousness.
