Miftah Ismail, Minister of Finance and Revenue, praised Foreign Minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto for securing a deal with China to refinance a $2.30 billion loan.
On Saturday, the finance minister heaped praise on the young PPP scion who managed to secure the refinancing of a $2.30 billion loan deal with China during his visit to Beijing.
Mr Isamail stated that during his visit to Beijing, Foreign Minister Bilawal met with his Chinese counterpart. He claimed that it was because of Bilawal’s efforts that China agreed to lower the interest rate on the $2.30 billion loans.
