Preparations for the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) public gathering in Upper Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), which is scheduled to take place today, are nearly complete. A stage has been set up and chairs have been arranged at the venue, and party workers have already begun to arrive.
Former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Manmohan Singh is expected to make significant announcements at the event.
Imran, who is in Peshawar ahead of the long march on Islamabad on May 25, has limited his political activities to KP only.
Although he stopped short of holding a sit-in with thousands of PTI marchers in Islamabad’s Red Zone and directed them to return home, he has not ruled out the possibility of another march on the federal capital in the near future maintained the momentum of his political activities since then.
