Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan will address a lawyer convention in Peshawar on Monday (today).
Ali Zaman, President of the Peshawar District Bar Association’s Insaf Lawyers Forum, invited Imran Khan to the convention.
Imran Khan will be accompanied to the convention by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and other party leaders. Provincial ministers and members of the legislature will also attend the convention.
The Azadi March and lawyers’ roles will be discussed at the lawyers’ convention.
It should be noted that PTI chief Imran Khan has been demanding the announcement of elections since his removal from power via a motion of no-confidence.
He has also threatened to destabilize the central coalition government through a long march on Islamabad.
He has been speaking at rallies and conventions to garner support from various segments of society for this purpose.
