The first meeting of the federal cabinet to discuss a seven-point agenda will take place soon, with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the chair.

Members of the cabinet will first be briefed on the e-cabinet system. They will also be briefed on the current economic situation and challenges by the finance division.
Before the cabinet, the Power and Division secretary will present a report on energy and fuel issues.
The cabinet will be briefed on law and order by the interior division.
The cabinet meeting will also consider a notification from the economic coordination committee (ECC).
The cabinet will also approve the decisions made at Tuesday’s ECC meeting (yesterday).
